Do I need access to a gym or equipment?

No, not at all. I design programmes that work in any setting. Whether you’re training at home, outside or in a gym, we’ll use what’s available and still get results.

How do mobile or remote sessions work?

We can train wherever suits you best. That could be your home, a local park, office or online using FaceTime or Zoom. You'll get real-time coaching and support, no matter the location.

I’ve never trained before. Is this for me?
